Shipping policy

All of our items are handmade with care. Please review our processing and shipping times before placing your order:

• Custom TV Trays & Tumblers: Processing time is 7–14 business days.

• Custom Ink Pens: Processing time is 2–3 business days.

• Shipping: All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS with a delivery timeframe of 3–7 business days, depending on your location and carrier.

Please note: Processing time does not include shipping time. You will receive tracking information once your order has been shipped.
