Welcome to Pieces of Pam (P.O.P). By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms:

1. Custom & Handmade Items

   • All products are handmade and may have slight variations.

   • Custom orders are created based on the details you provide. Please double-check all information before submitting.

2. Processing & Shipping

   • Processing time is 7–14 business days for trays and tumblers, and 2–3 business days for pens.

   • Shipping is handled via USPS or UPS, with estimated delivery in 3–7 business days.

   • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers once items are shipped.

3. Returns & Cancellations

   • All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

   • Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of purchase.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

   • If an item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist.

5. Payments

   • Orders must be paid in full before processing begins.
